Fixed problem in com_err.c due to the fact that the PC doesn't use autoconf and
com_err.c doesn't include k5-config.h.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
