dev-java/icedtea: Version bump to 7.2.6.2

This version works with CACAO so the ~ppc keyword is restored. There
are still problems with ~ppc64. :(

Sorry for changing the X/awt flag again but upstream preferred the
term headless, which is technically more accurate than awt, so I
compromised and went with headless-awt.
