app-crypt/tpm-emulator: massive cleanup

Kernel module is optional now, no need to enforce it.

Fix libdir issue.

Support MTM emulator.

Properly enable/disable openssl.

Properly build kernel module.

Rewrite of init.d scripts.

Probably more.
