app-backup/burp: Depend on librsync-0.9.7 or >librsync-2.0.0

Burp segfaults with any version between 1.0.0 and 2.0.0 (inclusive).
ebuild depending on 0.9.7 will be removed as soon as librsync-2.0.0-r1
gets stable keywords.
