dev-perl/Dist-Zilla: Fix bungling of previous commit

I edited the wrong file and didn't realise till too late.
Programming with a headache is bad.

6.10.0 is returned to how it was, and 6.10.0-r2 is what 6.10.0-r1
should have been.
