media-gfx/luminance-hdr: version bump to 2.5.1

 - Updated to EAPI 6

 - Ported no-git patch to 2.5.1 and made it more robust by simply
   setting GIT_SHA1 to an arbitrary string.

 - Ported fits-automagic and openmp-automagic patches

 - Updated dependencies:
     dev-qt/qtwebkit -> dev-qt/qtwebengine
     sci-libs/ccfits -> sci-libs/cfitsio
