sys-apps/apply-default-acl: maintainer stable v0.4.2 on x86 and amd64.

This is a quick stabilization, but v0.4.1 (the previous stable
version) contains a bad bug with security implications. The new
version is tested and works fine on x86 and amd64, the only arches I
have direct access to.
