dev-perl/Data-FormValidator: Bump to version 4.880.0

- Fix upstream installing spurious README.pod
- Advertise optional test dependencies
- Ensure all shipped modules compile

Upstream:
- Fixed '.' in @INC loading
- Add support for 2-series mastercard numbers
