dev-db/firebird: 2.5.6.27020.0 version bump, EAPI 6, drop USE=client

Gentoo-bug: 420817, 420939, 578230

- Pick USE=superserver as default
- Drop unused eclasses
- Update HOMEPAGE, DESCRIPTION
- QA fix: Don't install into /var/run (fixed upstream)
