   1 This project tracks patch provenance and licensing using the
   2 [Developer Certificate of Origin][DCO] and Signed-off-by tags
   3 initially developed by the Linux kernel project.  Because the
   4 documentation for this procedure is licensed under the GPLv2, we have
   5 chosen not to include it in our project directly.  Instead, please see
   6 [SubmittingPatches][], which is stored in an external repository.

   8 Rss2email is versioned under the GNU General Public License as
   9 published by the Free Software Foundation, either [version 2 of the
  10 License][GPLv2], or (at your option) [version 3 of the
  11 License][GPLv3].
