Refactor client etype-info handling in preauth2.c

Pull etype-info2, etype-info, pw-salt, and afs3-salt handling out of
the pa_types loop into a new helper function get_etype_info().

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
