Subject: [PATCH] Add an optional "sort" argument to meta titles, defaulting to
 the title

This allows correct sorting of titles, names, etc., with:

    [[!meta title="David Bowie" sort="Bowie, David"]]
    [[!meta title="The Beatles" sort="Beatles, The"]]
