Subject: [PATCH] README: Suggest signoffs for merge commits

Git's 'pull' doesn't currently support --signoff, although 'merge'
does since 14d01b4f (merge: add a --signoff flag, 2017-07-04,
v2.15.0-rc0 [1]).
