Subject: [PATCH] index.html: Add fork-from-Greg slide

Layering the fork message on top of the image is possible, but
requires some absolute positioning [1].  I also played around with CSS
backgrounds [2], but I couldn't find an easy way to get it to size a
div to match the unscaled background image.
