Subject: [PATCH] Add Sphinx extensions sphinx.ext.intersphinx
 sphinx.ext.pngmath.

* intersphinx allows documentation linking between known Sphinx packages.
  http://sphinx.pocoo.org/ext/intersphinx.html
* pngmath allows LaTeX inclusion via the math directive
  http://sphinx.pocoo.org/ext/math.html

Also reorder extension list following:
  sphinx.* alphabetically
  everything else aphabetically
