This should fix:

  # emerge -av perl-gcpan/MathML-Entities
  !!! 'perl-gcpan/MathML-Entities' has a category that is not listed in /etc/portage/categories

licenses/netCDF: remove license

This should have happed in

when dev-java/netcdf (the only package using the license) was removed.

sci-libs/pycomedi: add optional python-kmod dependency (with USE kmod).

Add hdfview USE description to use.local.desc.

Add netCDF license (used by dev-java/netcdf).

Add dev-tex/draftmark package (a dev-tex/drexel-thesis dependency).

Add profiles/repo_name (see portage(1)).

Add 'pbs' USE flag to sawsim-9999.ebuild.
