+I'm pleased to announce the release of muchsync version 2.  Muchsync is
+a tool for replicating and synchronizing your notmuch databases across
+machines.
+
+The new version is reported to build out of the box on Mac OS X.
+
+There's one new feature, which is a new notmuch config option,
+"muchsync.and_tags".  When a message experiences an update conflict,
+muchsync deletes any tag in muchsync.and_tags unless that tag is present
+in both replicas (a logical and).  For all other tags, muchsync adds the
+tag if it exists on either replica (a logical or).  The default for
+muchsync.and_tags is to use the value of new.tags, as in previous
+versions of muchsync.
