The proxy maintainers aren't taking new packages right now, but this is a new dependency of app-antivirus/clamav so I'm adding myself as a maintainer to take responsibility for future pull requests. I've made two cosmetic changes to DESCRIPTION/HOMEPAGE and local'ized two variables in the ebuild at the same time.
