hubot/README.md: Mention HUBOT_LOG_LEVEL

Strangely, this environment variable does not seem to be documented at
all:

  hubot$ git grep HUBOT_LOG_LEVEL
  src/robot.coffee:    @logger    = new Log process.env.HUBOT_LOG_LEVEL or 'info'
