+I'm not lawyer, but I'd say it should be no problem to use GPLv2 test\r
+suite to test your GPLv3 application. You are not linking them\r
+together.\r

+On the other hand, if you want the tests cases to be GPLv3 then you are\r
+probably right. Is this the case?\r
