Make git-diff documentation use [--] when it should.

Two of the cases has "[--] [<path>...]" and two had "-- [<path>...]".
Not terribly consistent and potentially confusing.  Also add "[--]" to
the synopsis so that it's obvious you can use it from the very
beginning.
