- break out etc config into host/authentication configs

etc/authentication/config [moved from etc/monkeysphere-server.conf with 91% similarity]
etc/authentication/gpg.conf [moved from etc/gnupg-authentication.conf with 73% similarity]
etc/host/config [new file with mode: 0644]
etc/host/gpg.conf [moved from etc/gnupg-host.conf with 100% similarity]
src/monkeysphere-authentication [new file with mode: 0755]
