gitk: Remove the unused stopfindproc function

This was a hangover from before the "Files" and "Pickaxe" parts of
the Find function were moved to the highlight facility in commit
60f7a7dc4904ba4baab44b70e2675a01e6172f54.  It serves no useful
purpose any more, so this removes it.
