+Haha, I just found a painless way to get enough space for
+[Ekiga](http://www.gnomemeeting.org/) on my 2 GB EeePC.
+
+    apt-get install localpurge
+
+It gets rid of all the unowned locales that you'll never use.
+Someday I hope to speak more than English and a smattering of German, but I surely don't needall of this:
+
+    localepurge: Disk space freed in /usr/share/locale: 125799K
+    localepurge: Disk space freed in /usr/share/man: 2813K
+
+    Total disk space freed by localepurge: 128612K
+
+And that's *with* a few of the more common ones around for fun.
