+This is version 4 of the patch set allowing the user to "filter" which\r
+messages are open in emacs show mode. The previous version was at\r
+id:"1335467689-6513-1-git-send-email-markwalters1009@gmail.com"\r

+The change in this version is to keep position in the thread (at least\r
+to the same message). \r
+\r
+The first patch (new in this series) just splits out a sub-function\r
+notmuch-show-goto-msg-id from notmuch-show-apply-state.\r
+\r
+The second patch is almost the same as the first patch in the previous\r
+series but uses the new notmuch-show-goto-msg-id function to maintain\r
+position in the thread.\r
+\r
+The final patch is identical to the final patch of the previous series\r
+which moves the key-binding for filter in emacs search mode to 'l' to\r
+match the new binding in show-mode.\r
