this also fixes the dividing factor.
(signatureCertificateDaysLeftToExpiry)
        (preceiverCertificateDaysLeftToExpiry): using the new macro

(caCertificateDaysLeftToExpiry)
(rootCertificateDaysLeftToExpiry): using new macro in deactivated code.
