+files/udev.rules-106-r5, +files/64-device-mapper.rules,
+files/05-udev-early.rules-106-r5,
+files/udev-106-remove-dasd-rules.patch, +files/95-udev-late.rules,
+udev-106-r5.ebuild:
Updated early-rules for scsi-wait, like upstream. Created
95-udev-late.rules, which now contains 95-net.rules and the udevmonitor and
eventrecorder-rules. Removed dasd_id tool, that is now in s390-tools.
Removed old, broken seq_node.sh. Moved all device-mapper stuff to own file,
export name of dm-device in ID_DM_NAME. No longer call legacy /etc/dev.d/
stuff.
