GIT: Support [address] in URLs

Allow IPv6address/IPvFuture enclosed by [] in URLs, like:
   git push '[3ffe:ffff:...:1]:GIT/git'
or
   git push 'ssh://[3ffe:ffff:...:1]/GIT/git'
