* configure.ac: Print diagnostics about found thread libraries at
the end.  Check for the versions of GPG and GPGSM and print the
found versions at the end.
(HAVE_GPGSM): Do not require GPGSM to exist and be readable.
(AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR): Invoke with argument m4.
