\r
hey y'all--\r
\r
i use notmuch-emacs, and i'm noticing an fair number of respondents\r
trying to do interleaved responses with MUAs that do the whole\r
"-----Original Message-----" silliness.\r
\r
As a result, notmuch-show displays the entire message as something like:\r
\r
\r
 [ 69-line hidden original message. Click/Enter to show. ]\r
\r
Seems like notmuch-show could be cleverer. how about something like\r
this:\r
\r
 * if the entire displayed MIME part appears to be nothing but\r
 whitespace and a "original message", then don't auto-collapse it.\r
\r
Alternately:\r
\r
 * if the entire displayed MIME part appears to be nothing but\r
whitespace and a "original message" then don't treat it as an\r
"original message" at all, but apply the normal part-guessing and\r
collapsing logic to the internal content of the "original message"\r
\r
any thoughts?\r
