Remove the live version of app-text/asciidoc in light of the fact that
nothing much happens upstream these days.  As such, the live ebuild
doesn't help with maintaining asciidoc anymore.

Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.13, Repoman-2.3.3
Closes: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/6721
