app-office/kmymoney: version bump and a bunch of other changes.

Changes:
* version bump to 4.8.0.
* add USE=pim,weboob.
* add USE=pim for optional kdepimlibs or app-crypt/gpgme[cxx] dependency.
* EAPI 6.
* fix HOMEPAGE, DESCRIPTION.

metadata.xml: no longer at sourceforge.
