sys-devel/gcc: bump 5.4.0-r3 patch set up to 1.6, bug #629502

Patchset contains single new patch:
- 93_all_ucontext-to-ucontext_t.patch
to fix gcc-5.4.0-r3 build failure against glibc-2.26.
