PPC GRP specs.

Removed mysql and postgres useflags and packages. Mysql had issues with its SRC_URI.
Postgresql does not seem to build with odbc flag, neither does qt-x11. Disabled
doc use flag because it requires manual intervention. This amounts to about 700MB
in GRP packages only for the ppc stable profile. Diff between unstable profile is
about 200M. Might provide those on a second cd, we'll see.
