Adding initial 2.4 sub-profile to no-nptl profile.  This should supercede all 2.4 profiles currently setup under default-linux/x86.
profiles/default-linux/x86/no-nptl/2.4/packages [new file with mode: 0644] blob
profiles/default-linux/x86/no-nptl/2.4/parent [new file with mode: 0644] blob
profiles/default-linux/x86/no-nptl/2.4/virtuals [new file with mode: 0644] blob
