test: whitespace-cleanup for most test/* files

test: whitespace-cleanup for most test/* files

Used emacs (whitespace-cleanup) function to "cleanup blank problems"
in test files where that could be done without breaking tests;
test/emacs was partially, and test/multipart was fully reverted.
