Upstream:
- Use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost to avoid ipv6 issues in tests
- Remove private logic for taint checking
- Fix intermittent taint.t failures
- Print section titles if mech-dump --all is invoked
- Override _agent() method
- Make .pm file versions consistent
- Return form number in list context
- Overload "post" to set "base"
- Allow multiple file paths/uri's in mech-dump
