profiles: unmask openjdk{,-bin,jre-bin}:8[gentoo-vm]

this change allows to use openjdk:8 and friends as default
java on the system.
after reinstallation with this flag enabled it will appear
in 'eselect java-vm' output.

next versions of openjdk*:8 will have this flag removed and
functionality will be enabled unconditionally.
