(liboutlet.py) collector of command line output
(libviewer.py, viewer.py) outlet output handling and sample code
(libinput.py) safer than raw_input functions
(flatfitls.py, generalclamp.py,hooke_cli.py, generalvclamp.py, fit.py) commands here now also send input to outlet
(hooke_cli.py) inputs now use libinput calls
