net-wireless/unifi: bump to 5.13.18

Wrapper for mongod has been removed.  Upstream claims to support mongo
3.6 since the previous release 5.13.10, and I have tested and this seems
to be true.  Instead of installing our wrapper, we once again just install
the provided symlink pointing to /usr/bin/mongod.
