profiles: Adjust package.use.mask for www-server/nginx on arm64

- arm64 has no LUA support so we have to mask HTTP lua module (i.e.
  nginx_modules_http_lua USE flag).

- jit on dev-libs/libpcre is masked on arm64 so we have to mask
  pcre-jit USE flag.
