remove note about version

This wiki documents the current (actually, next ;-) release of ikiwiki.
I don't want to have version numbers everywhere. (plugins/write is an
exception to this policy).

Ikiwiki is a compiler for VCS-based (Git, Subversion, ...) wikis.
