idev-perl/Carp-Always: Bump to version 0.160.0

- EAPI7
- Remove useless tests

Upstream:
- Doc fixes
- Test for edge cases of warn/die with empty lists
- Tighten regex to suppress "at FILE line LINE.\n"
- No longer uses BEGIN or END blocks
- Enabling/Disabling now controllable at runtime via ->import() and
  ->unimport()
- Fix duplicate tracebacks when carp/croak/cluck/confess are used.
- Various fixes for older perls and older Carp's
- Less eating of user added carp messages.
