kde-apps/kde-wallpapers: Unconditionally remove conflicting files

Plasma-5.4 is gone, and anyone accidentally emerging this without having
plasma-workspace-wallpapers installed will probably get over one missing
wallpaper.

KDEInstallDirs calls query_qmake which requires qtcore.
