Avoid using python-support. Closes: #525086

Uses new debhelper feature to turn off python-support.

The tiny python module included herein certianly doesn't
need all the python-support nonsense.

Ikiwiki is a compiler for VCS-based (Git, Subversion, ...) wikis.
