dev-perl/WWW-Dict-Leo-Org: Bump to version 2.0.0

Thanks for the report by "Adam" in bug #614664

- Add USE="examples"

Upstream:
- Generalised lang parsing and passing support
- Increased language support
- Better Tabular output
- Better Error Handling
- More Portable
- Implementation now uses XML interface instead of removed HTML
  interface.
