Improve phase functions.
Simplify and improve validate_PYTHON_ABIS().
Fix handling of ${S} ending in '/' in python_copy_sources() (bug #307943).
Improve python_generate_wrapper_scripts().
Improve python_convert_shebangs().
Add python_clean_sitedirs().
Simplify python_mod_cleanup().
Improve deprecation warnings in python_version(), python_mod_exists() and python_tkinter_exists().
