Thanks for this patch, David. Just this weekend I was attempting to demonstrate the feature of isearch auto-expanding the invisible text to my brother. I was unlucky enough that my first attempt hit a name that was split across this boundary. It seemed to me that it still matched, but it didn't automatically expand the hidden text. Anyway, this patch looks like it will fix that problem just fine. Thanks for contributing this.
