   5 The International GeoGebra Institute is a non-profit organization
   6 registered in Austria and having its office in Linz, Austria ("we",
   7 "our" or "us"). We develop and support the GeoGebra dynamic mathematics
   8 software application, including its source code, installers, web
   9 applications and services, language files and associated documentation
  10 ("GeoGebra" or "the Software"). We operate GeoGebra (and publish its
  11 related resources) through our websites located at
  12 http://www.geogebra.org/ and http://www.geogebratube.org.

  14 The terms of this License form a binding agreement between you, an
  15 individual user or non-commercial organization ("you" or "your"), and us
  16 regarding your non-commercial use of GeoGebra. By downloading, accessing
  17 or otherwise using GeoGebra you indicate your agreement to be bound by
  18 these License terms.

  32 published by the Free Software Foundation and the Creative Commons
  33 Corporation. In the event of any conflict between those additional terms
  34 and the terms of this License, the latter shall prevail.

  37 graphics and resources made available are licensed to you on a limited,
  38 non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable and royalty-free license under

  89 party licensor), and we reserve the right to grant licenses to use the
  90 GeoGebra software (and all related resources) to third parties.
