   6   The tecla library provides UNIX and LINUX programs with interactive
   7   command line editing facilities, similar to those of the UNIX tcsh
   8   shell. In addition to simple command-line editing, it supports
   9   recall of previously entered command lines, TAB completion of file
  10   names or other tokens, and in-line wild-card expansion of
  11   filenames. The internal functions which perform file-name completion
  12   and wild-card expansion are also available externally for optional
  13   use by programs.
